Light.

I can see.

I am awake

At last.

 It has been hundreds of years.

The last time I saw the ocean, the trees,

Was centuries ago.

 I had power over blizzards and winds.

I was powerful.

But they feared me,

And imprisoned me here. 

 I have felt it through the land

A powerful wave of energy.

And the rocks that have held me captive

Have let go. 

 Free at last.

 So long ago.

It's been so long

So long since I saw the sun, the sky.

It has grown so bright. 

 I had power over the metals of the earth

I could crush their homes with my powers.

But they feared me,

And imprisoned me here. 

 I have felt it call,

A powerful wave of energy.

And the rocks that have been my prison

Have let go. 

 Free at last.

So many years that I don't remember

The land, the sands around me

They are alien. 

 I controlled the ground and the cliffs

I could shake the land at will.

But they feared me,

And imprisoned me here. 

 I have felt its strength around me,

A powerful wave of energy.

And the rocks that have kept me from the world

Have let go. 

 Free at last.

Free, yet still trapped.

Trapped in slumber, seeing in dream.

Here we lie, dormant,

Not yet awake,

But awaiting the true awakening of our power.
